GRAPE VARIETY: 90% Sauvignon Blanc, 10% Mouhtaro

GRAPE ORIGINATION: Muses Valley, on the mountain of Helicon in Central Greece

INSPIRATION: The Greek Islands

CLIMATE: The climate is characterized by mild, wet winters and dry summers, with long periods of sunshine.

WINE CHARACTERISTICS: A true pleasure for the eyes with beautiful salmon color! A.muse is light, fruity, smooth, lively and elegant.

HARMONY: Ideal to accompany fresh seafood, sushi, salad and vegetable pies.

VINEYARD: The soil is fertile, with mixed composition ranging from sandy loam to clay loam thus offering the possibility of producing wines of exquisite quality and rich aromas. The microclimate of the region is characterized by cold winters and warm summers, while a small river called Permisos contribute to the existence of a mild continental climate.

VINEYARD SLOPE: The vineyards are located at an altitude between 450m and 550m and have a slope between 3 and 7%.

VINE-GROWING: We cultivate our vines according to the principles of integrated agriculture, which ensures protection for the environment, the consumer and the people working in the fields. 

Most of the varieties are planted in linear vineyards trained in double cordon royat. We plant all of our vines in densely planted rows, a technique which results in lower yields per vine and, therefore, higher quality grapes

WINE CATEGORY: White dry

GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Malagouzia

GRAPE ORIGINATION: Muses Valley, on the mountain of Helicon in Central Greece

INSPIRATION: One of the Muses who lived in Muses Valley

CLIMATE: The climate is characterized by mild, wet winters and dry summers, with long periods of sunshine.

VINIFICATION: Cold skin contact for 10h at 8 °C in an oxygen free environment and then cold fermentation at steady temperature at 17°C

WINE CHARACTERISTICS: Bright, with golden hue and aromatic complexity of exotic fruits & white flowers, typical characteristics of the well-known variety. Light, refreshing and playful, with a very pleasant acidity and elegant aftertaste.

HARMONY: Greek & Mediterranean cuisine, fresh seafood, white meats, pasta with soft sauces, fresh salads with seasonal herbs or even better and plain but at the right temperature.

INSPIRATION: Chrisolithos means ''Golden Stone" and named because of the soil is very fertile

CLIMATE: The climate is characterized by mild, wet winters and dry summers, with long periods of sunshine

WINE CHARACTERISTICS: Bright, straw-yellow color. Intense fruity aromas of peach, melon and pineapple. In the palate it is warm, complex, balanced with characteristic minerality. The high acidity supports the alcohol giving a complete result with long finish

HARMONY: Enjoy it with seafood, fish, lobster and crayfish, poultry or pork in white sauces and mild goat cheeses

WINE CHARACTERISTICS: A fantastic deep purple red color.

An explosive nose exhibits some notes of fresh red fruits

(red currant, cherry, and white fruits like pear).

An intense palate showing black fruits, warming spice and soft tannins. Well made, enjoyable and serious wine

HARMONY: Combine it with pork with plums in tomato sauce,

pasta with meatballs in tomato sauce and why not with salmon

in soya sauce
