WINE CHARACTERISTICS: Color straw blonde with light shades of green, with gentle aromas of fresh-cut fruit, such as pear and apples.

HARMONY: Ideal to accompany fresh sea-food, grilled fish, salad and vegetable pies

INSPIRATION: The sweet melody from the poems of the 9 Muses that you hear, when you walk in the vineyards of the valley of the Muses.
CLIMATE: The climate is characterized by mild, wet winters and dry summers, with long periods of sunshine
VINIFICATION: Cold extraction for 12 hours at 8 ° C in an oxygen-free environment and then cold fermentation at a constant temperature at 18 ° C. Upon completion of the cold extraction and before the onset of alcoholic fermentation, agricultural alcohol of wine origin is added. This preserves all the sugars and the primary aromas of the grape itself.
WINE CHARACTERISTICS: Golden yellow color with golden highlights. On the nose we have mild aromas of honey and lemon as well as fresh fruits such as pear and apples. In the mouth we have elements such as honey, orange peel and caramel. Excellent structure with depth of flavors and acidity that refreshes the mouth. The finish is long lasting with the taste of honey dominating.
HARMONY: It is an ideal aperitif accompanied by roasted almonds, dried apricots, as well as fruits, sweets, orange cream, ice cream and sorbet.
