20ml Aperol

20ml Cocchi Americano Rosa

Roll ingredients between two shakers with ice, strain in a wine glass over ice, garnish with a grapefruit peel.

50ml aged rum (I used Bacardi 8)

20ml sweet wine Muses

15ml Campari

Stir ingredients with ice in a mixing glass, strain in a rocks glass over ice, garnish with an orange peel.
